Services Group provides a comprehensive range of products
and services which facilitate all aspects of Employment
and Health and Safety legal compliance.
History
PM Services was established in 1985 as a health
and safety consultancy company. With a broader
remit including personnel and training issues,
the name and structure changed in 1990 to become
Personnel and Safety Services commonly known as
Pass.
Successful exporting and expansion of services
across Great Britain and Ireland saw the emergence
of Pass International in 1995. The areas of fleet
safety and occupational health provided additional
growth and further expansion in 2000.
The return of the original name PM Services
to form a group structure brought about the most
significant development in 2003. This streamlined
the existing services into distinct companies
and added a facilities management and product
supply wing in the name of Simplequation.
The present structure which provides a comprehensive
range of business and personnel services to industry
and commerce under the PM Services Group banner
